Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations received by May 31, 2016, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. An administration fee of EUR 25 will be retained.
- For cancellations received between June 1, 2016 and June 30, 2016 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. An administration fee of EUR 25 will be retained.
- For cancellations after June 30, 2016 or no shows no refunds will be available.
- All refunds will be issued after the conference.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team of the University of Vienna congress@univie.ac.at.
